  • When/should cities be sending sidewalk vendor applicants to the Health Dept?
  • Do all food and beverage vendors need Health Dept approval?
  • What type of documents/permits should cities be asking the applicants to furnish from the Health Dept to ensure they have been approved.
  • Cities will not issue a Sidewalk Vending Permit until Health Dept approval is confirmed. When does the Health Dept inspect their cart/mobile facility?
  • Are applicants required to furnish any city documents/permits to the Health Dept (business license?)
